With so much uncertainty around Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are starting to see events get canceled or postponed. While we aren’t sure what is to come, this pattern may continue to happen for some time.

We truly value all of you as essential parts of the Headliner family and would not be here without you. As such, we want to provide clarity into the situation and reduce stress related to ticket buying on Headliner.

If you have purchased tickets to an event on Headliner, or plan to in the future, you have nothing to worry about. All tickets purchased on Headliner are protected by our “100% Verified Ticket Guarantee”. If an event is canceled, refunds will be given or replacement tickets will be provided.

We are constantly monitoring for the latest news and will let you know if an event you purchased tickets to is canceled or postponed.

As fans ourselves, we know how much it means to get out there and see your favorite artist live. That is why we started Headliner, and why it is so hard for us to watch these events get cancelled/postponed. Still, given the current situation, we understand the hard choices event producers have to make. Be careful and follow the latest CDC guidelines to take care of yourselves.

Though the immediate future for eventgoing may be uncertain, if there is anything we do know, it is that this will all eventually pass and the live events we love will be better than ever!
